Shipping Policy

At Graice, we know that when you order your leakproof underwear, you want it in hand as soon as possible — so we've made our process as fast and transparent as we can, every step of the way.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During this time, our team carefully picks, packs, and prepares your order for shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 8–12 business days to arrive within the US and Canada.

Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 9–15 business days from the date your order is placed.

We know waiting for a new order can be exciting, and we want you to have a clear picture of what to expect from the moment you check out.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We're working on expanding our shipping destinations, so stay tuned for updates.

Shipping Rates

• Orders over $50 ship free.
• Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $3.99, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out and we'll look into it right away.

Delays We Can't Always Control

While we do everything on our end to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier issues. If your order is running behind our estimated delivery window, we're here to help you track it down.
